Management Team: 

Matt Huggins started working in the world of water and wastewater infrastructure with Kevin in 2007. Successful and ongoing projects have ranged from the acquisition, remediation and operation of private utilities in Montana and North Dakota, to founding and growing an operation and maintenance business, to the acquisition and expansion of an established equipment supply company. Prior to focusing on infrastructure, he earned a BS in Biochemistry from Utah State University and an MS in Neuroscience from Stanford University. He is the president of Advanced Pump & Equipment, Inc. and co-founder of 219 Water, Telluride Sewer and West Fork Utilities. 


Bryant Higgs joined Advanced Pump & Equipment, Inc. in March of 2017. He has over 20 years of business management experience and ten years of multi-unit/location supervision. He earned his BS in Business Management and MS in Public Administration from Montana State University-Bozeman.  Bryant is married to Heather and they have two boys who keep them busy.


Andrew Huggins joined Advanced Pump & Equipment in 2012 as a service technician and has advanced to the position of Service Manager. In addition to managing multiple field crews across APEs entire territory, he handles estimating, manages subcontractors, provides technical support to service technicians and customers, and performs hands-on technical service at various pump stations and treatment plants. Prior to joining APE, Andrew spent several years in the residential and commercial construction industry. He has earned college credit at Utah State University and University of Arizona.


Brad Eberspecher has been a integral part of the APE team since 2011. As Sales Manager he and his team of application engineers work with engineers and owners to find the right equipment for each project. They deliver valuable support services like custom CAD drawings, draft specifications, O&M manuals, etc. for engineered equipment and packaged systems. Prior to joining APE Brad worked for Montana State Univeristy, in the Civil Group at Morrison-Maierle, Inc. and as the Town Engineer for Dillon, Colorado. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska and several certifications. He is an owner and co-founder of an alarm monitoring company and Telluride Sewer.


Jennifer Bos Jennifer has been working with APE since July of 2010. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Montana State University. She has over 20 years in business accounting in many industries from construction to manufacturing. She is the founder of Business Management Services, LLC.
